How far in advance should I start coaching?

Most pilots begin 8–10 weeks before their assessment. If you have a short timeline, we can compress the plan into intensive sessions.

Do you offer simulator preparation?

We partner with flight training centers in the China and Southeast Asia for sim profiles. During coaching, we brief your flows, callouts, and CRM narrative so your ride aligns with interview expectations.

Can we focus on behavioural questions only?

Absolutely. We customise every engagement. Many pilots pair behavioural prep with at least a light technical review to reinforce judgement-based answers.

Is group coaching right for me?

Group sessions work best when you want to hear how other pilots answer and get rapid-fire feedback. You can still add 1:1 sessions for critical interviews.
